Can you do a RUSH ORDER?

Yes! We will do our best to accommodate your rush request. You will need to have purchased an express post shipping upgrade and we recommend getting in touch before placing your order so we are able to give you a realistic turn around time based on your location and the product you need. Please be aware there are currently shipping delays. Express service may be delayed for both domestic and international services. Find more information via the Australia Post website for your specific delivery postcode. Customs may further delay transit times and Everland takes no responsibility in this case. Please order mindfully as we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

HOW MUCH confetti do we need?

Most people cater to at least half their guests. Depending on the confetti shower effect you want, you may wish to supply enough for every guest to take part in the fun! If you are considering bulk boxes, a single portion is 1-2 handfuls, depending on your handful size! We recommend having a look over our instagram page @everlandconfetti to view a range of real weddings.

WHEN will my order SHIP?

Please refer to individual delivery estimates on each listing as processing times vary across our products. Shipping times are in addition to estimated production times. Express orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Keep in mind Everland ships from Australia and so Express International orders take longer to get through production and then overseas. Everland takes no responsibility for delays in customs. Please take this information as a guide, just get in touch if you have a specific question.


Everland supplies all natural, real rose and flower petals. They are air dried and not dyed - all colouring is natural. Every effort is made to accurately depict the texture and colour of the petals. However if you are unsure of purchasing a product such as this, please first order sample pouches to assess if it is suitable to your preferences. Being a natural product, the petals are not perfect and colouring can vary. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase. CONFETTI CARE & Storage Advice

Please ensure you store your petal confetti in a cool, dry place such as a cupboard - away from humidity. Please also keep your petals away from direct sunlight to avoid excessive fading of colour. Everland petal confetti will last for months when stored in appropriate conditions. Please follow the confetti care card supplied in your delivery.

How early can we ORDER IN ADVANCE?

We accept pre-orders up to a year in advance. Please ensure you include your ceremony or 'need by' date in your order notes so we are able to schedule in shipment around 4 weeks in advance (depending on your location). In the event there is an issue with supplying your preferred confetti colourway order, or pre-order, you will be offered the opportunity to switch for an alternative product (from what is available) or receive a full refund.


Pre-orders will ship around one month prior to the supplied ceremony date, this may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand. In the event there is an issue with supplying your preferred confetti colourway, you will be offered the opportunity to switch for an alternative product (from what is available) or receive a full refund. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. We will always try to accommodate changes to your order as best we can, including pushing back the dispatch date and changes to design work.

Event CANCELLATION or other misadventure

Once an order or pre-order and payment is received Everland considers the order in motion, as time and resources are being spent to schedule, prepare product and manage your order. If you wish to cancel your order because of an event cancellation or a misadventure on the part of the customer, we only offer a 50% refund on product charges and a full refund on shipping charges (where the items have not yet been shipped). These terms are not negotiable and we consider that once an order is placed the customer has agreed to this term.
